1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the lemon juice, dill, and sea salt. Pour into a large resealable plastic bag. Add the fish and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Cut broccoli into florets, leaving an inch of the stem on each one. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and then spread the broccoli evenly on it.
4. Brush broccoli with the remaining 2 teaspoons of olive oil, and dust with salt and pepper. Roast the broccoli for 20 minutes.
5. Remove the broccoli from the oven and place the oven rack a few inches from the broiler. Line a broiling pan with aluminum foil and place the fish fillets on it. Broil for 4 to 6 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes.
6. Serve the fish with the roasted broccoli and lemon wedges (if using).
COOKING TIP: The fish can be prepared on the stove as well. Spray a large skillet with nonstick spray, and then heat over medium heat. Add the marinated fish fillets (two at a time) and cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until the fish is flaky and completely cooked.
SUBSTITUTION TIP: Cauliflower or fresh carrots can be substituted for broccoli. Try a dusting of cumin on the vegetables for something different.
